As the Lead UI/UX Designer for Weness, a startup concept aimed at revolutionizing access to beauty salons, gyms, and massage salons, I spearheaded the application and website design. The core idea behind Weness was to eliminate traditional subscription models by allowing users to purchase "Weness points" within the app, which could then be redeemed for services at partner establishments on an as-needed basis. My role involved extensive user research into our target demographic and a thorough analysis of similar applications to identify opportunities for seamless integration into users' daily lives. I was responsible for the entire UI/UX design of the mobile application, ensuring an intuitive and engaging user experience. Additionally, I designed the accompanying website and was responsible for its development using Framer. This project showcases my ability to translate innovative business models into user-centric digital products, from in-depth research to final design and development.
