This project involved the end-to-end creation and launch strategy for "Re-Martı," a hypothetical renewable energy sub-brand of Martı Technologies Inc.. As a core part of an academic assignment, I was responsible for developing the brand from scratch, including its identity and market entry strategy in the renewable energy sector. My work encompassed comprehensive brand design, focusing on products like fast electric vehicle charging stations, and exploring ventures into solar panel installations and heat pump popularization in Turkey. A significant aspect of the project involved in-depth market research and analysis, including showcasing the surge in electric vehicle adoption in Turkey (2019-2023), highlighting the escalating electricity prices, and identifying the shortage of charging infrastructure compared to other countries. I conducted a SWOT analysis to identify opportunities and challenges , defined target audiences, and created a somewhat detailed brand presentation. The project also included the conceptualization of a "super-app" for smart home integration with renewable energy products and the development of various advertising materials, such as billboard, bus stop, and poster designs, along with social media banners, to support the brand's launch.
